Is the kit totally free?
Yes the Ultrastrands Template kit excluding the colour ring is free. You will be charged a shipping fee for delivery of your item.
Can I get box for my own use ?
Yes you can. We offer a service to transform your designs into hair solutions however you can obtain the box and take your design to any manufacturer or create the solution yourself using our guidelines and online videos - watch the series here
I want to use my own hair how does that work ?
Once you receive your kit and complete your order form, you can ship your hair over to us with your template in the same box we have used.
How much hair do you need ?
Hair requirement is dependant on the size of hair topper required. We generally request more hair than is required and return any unused hair at the point of delivery of your item.
Can I use hair purchased from a store?
Yes. The hair you send us can purchased or raw hair and can be be in any form ie wefts, bulk , tape etc.( Please note we are unable to accept hair purchases either directly or indirectly from Indian temples or any other ritual hair.) Hair once ventilated will be an average of 4 inches shorter so if you want a 12- 14 inches finish, you will need to provide hair at least 16 inches long.
Can I send my hair without ordering a kit?
No. In order to prevent unmatched items, we are unfortunately unable to accept hair without the corresponding order details. This information is only available within the kit or at the point of an online consultation.
Can I return the colour ring after use?
Yes. If you no longer need the colour ring, you can return it ( along with your template ) in the same box we have used and receive a refund of £50.
I've changed my mind what do I do
Thats not a problem, you are more than welcome to keep the box. Orders are only placed once your final agreement and payment has been received.
Do I still need to book a consultation after ordering the Kit ?
No. Once you receive your kit and are happy to design your topper yourself, you do not need to book in for a consultation. If you do decide you require additional assistance to help you in the process you can of course book in for an online or in person consultation.
Can I go to a salon to design my template
Yes. You can attend any of our approved partner salons to help with your design. Please be advised you may incur additional charges for this service.
